What is a C@P Site?
The Community Access Program
(C@P) is an initiative developed to help provide rural, small and remote
communities with affordable public access to multimedia tools and the skills to
use them effectively. The development and enhancement of computer skills, along
with access to the Internet will help create new and exciting opportunities for
growth and jobs by providing these communities with the ability to communicate
with others, conduct business, enhance job skills or simply exchange information
and ideas. You can come to C@P Site and learn more about how to use and operate
them, educational workshops and seminars will be happening soon so be sure to
