Barry Woods: Here we are, returning to the beaches of Cozumel, Mexico after a three-year absence! It is GWA Payback 2004!

King: And Barry, we have a great show tonight for everybody, and a huge main event!

BW: Someone will indeed get "Payback" when Chazz and Death face off, No Disqualifications, GWA Championship on the line!

King: That is going to be a great match... those two haven't been able to stand eachother lately.

BW: And also, we have Q5, with his chance for "Payback", when he takes on the recently enigmatic Johnny Dangerous!

King: Johnny Dangerous came out of retirement because he thinks the GWA needs someone like him. Certainly, Q5 wants to prove him wrong.

BW: And also, Boomer and a partner of his choice face The Assassin and Pyro, the Tag Team Titles will be on the line.

King: I don't know who Boomer's gonna team with, I don't even think he knows... but I don't think he and whoever his partner is will have much time to plan before this one.

She Bangs by William Hung plays and The M & M Connection comes to the ring.

Brian Walker: The following tag team contest is scheduled for one fall, and it is a Hardcore Tag Team Match, where the person to score the winning fall is the GWA Hardcore Champion. First, coming to the ring, at a total combined weight of 420 pounds, Sean Memphis and the Hardcore Champion, Ryou Bakari Itemri, The M & M Connection!

BW: Well, certainly interesting theme music for The M & M Connection, which actually stands for the Memphis and Massachusetts Connection.

King: Not many people would think of that one... they'd probably think it had something to do with candy. Nevertheless, it looks like these two are ready for this match.

Burn Burn plays and Warrior comes to the ring.

Brian Walker: And their opponents, first, coming to the ring. He weighs in at 300 pounds... Warrior!

BW: Warrior is coming out here... certainly a man that could go toe to toe with Sean Memphis in this one.

King: He and Memphis are the power men in this matchup, and there's a good chance they'll demonstrate that in this one.

Mick Foley's Theme plays and BK comes to the ring.

Brian Walker: And his tag team partner, from Austin, Texas. He weighs in at 110 pounds, the GWA's Hardcore Icon... BK!

BW: Well, here comes The Hardcore Icon, who also wrestled the opening match the last time we were in Cozumel.

King: That was against Grave Master, but tonight he teams with Warrior... and to be honest, I don't know if these two can co-exist.

BW: Hey, whoever gets the winning fall is the Hardcore Champion... will greed prevent the M & M Connection from co-existing?

King: That's a good question, and here we go, no tags in this one, it's Texas Tornado style.

BW: Here we go, Warrior goes right after Memphis, while BK goes right for the Hardcore Champion, Ryou Bakari Itemri!

King: BK with some chops to Ryou, and now he goes for the whip, but Ryou counters it.

King: Ryou gets up to his feet, now Warrior tosses him the chair, and the big boot into the face, sending the chair into the face of the Hardcore Champion!

BW: Warrior covers.

BW: Memphis broke up the count.

King: Now Sean Memphis gets Warrior back to his feet, and Memphis sends him to the outside.

BW: Now Memphis is going to the outside, where you see BK getting up... with a fire extinguisher in hand.

King: Memphis now turns to BK, and he gets the fire extinguisher sprayed right in his face!

BW: Memphis is now staggering around a bit, as you see BK go up onto the apron.

King: Memphis turns around... and he's nailed with a Tornado DDT from the ring apron!

King: Ryou is up in the ring, though, here he comes! Flying cross body to the outside of the ring!

BW: That took out both men, and now Ryou gets BK back to his feet.

King: Ryou with the whip, and he sends BK right into the crowd barricade.

BW: Ryou now charges, and a running dropkick to the Hardcore Icon!

Brian Walker: Your winners of this match, Ryou Bakari Itemri and the NEW GWA Hardcore Champion, Sean Memphis!

BW: Well, Sean Memphis is the new Hardcore Champion after scoring the pinfall in a match that resembled more of a fatal-fourway towards the end.

King: What a war that was between, well, all four of these men in this opening match!

BW: Hey, when Ryou comes to from that garbage can shot, I don't think he's gonna be happy with the fact that his tag team partner just won his title from him.

King: What a start to this night in Cozumel! Look at the carnage!

~Thanks for Johnny Dangerous for this next match~

Barry Woods-King both these men are ready for the match.

King- Well both of these competitors always look a bit out of shape, Im suprised the ring doesn’t collapse.

BW-what’s your prediction King?

King- I believe, no actually I know that Bull Kelly is going to pull off the victory. I don’t think the Flaming Squirrel stands a chance.

BW-Well, we will see, there’s the bell. The Flaming Squirrel charges Bull and is delivering lefts and rights to bull. He has bull backed against the ropes, He slings bull towards the other ropes and then runs towards him.

~We see Jim McNally standing by with "The Dancing Dragon" Hiroyuki Morimoto~

Jim McNally: "Dancing Dragon", even with your success over the past few months of GWA action, many see you as the underdog in this match. Because, first, you are taken out of your usual enviornment to the outdoors for a match, and also, this is your first Pay Per View where your mentor, Bill Ingram, is not here, due to a sprained ACL. Will that factor into tonight's match against Y-Pac?

"The Dancing Dragon" Hiroyuki Morimoto: Well, Jim, I'm trying my best to put all that to the side. I know that I can win this match no matter where I am, with my talent, and I also know that Bill is sitting at home, almost expecting me to win. And although I can't ignore the fact that I am seen as the underdog, I'm putting that all to the side, because you see, Jim, we are in the Land of Luchadors, we are in Mexico! (Crowd cheers) And believe me, I want to go out there, and I want to give all of these great fans here in Cozumel a lucha match with Y-Pac that they will never forget! (Crowd cheers) So Y-Pac, all I can say is to be ready, because, and I mean this, tonight is when the Dragon takes flight! (Crowd cheers)

BW: Well, "The Dancing Dragon" is looking to put on a lucha libre match that these great fans in Mexico will never forget. Let's see if Y-Pac is looking to do the same.

King: I think Y-Pac is very capable of doing that, but I think the title may be a bit more on his mind than winning over fans.

Shinobi vs. Dragon Ninja plays and "The Dancing Dragon" Hiroyuki Morimoto comes to the ring with the GWA Cruiserweight Championship.

Brian Walker: And his opponent, from Tokyo, Japan, he weighs in at 156 pounds. He is the GWA Cruiserweight Champion, "The Dancing Dragon" Hiroyuki Morimoto!

BW: Morimoto's up... CRAP, MAN! SHOOTING STAR PRESS INTO A HURRICANRANA BY Y-PAC, FROM THE TOP ROPE TO THE OUTSIDE!

King: That was incredible! How in the #e!! did Y-Pac pull that off? 1

BW: I don't know, but it looks like it took quite a bit out of the challenger as well. 2

King: Neither man has moved since that Shooting Star-Rana by Y-Pac. 3

BW: But there you see the challenger, stirring just a little bit on the outside. 4

King: Morimoto is still down and out though, as you see Y-Pac trying to continue the momentum. 5

King: I can't believe it's almost been five years since Owen's been gone. I am glad that we're acknowledging his legend.
