![]() This is Pia Town. It is where I am currently residing in Japan. |
![]() This is the plaque that tells you the name "Pia Town" and that it was built on Aug. 28th 1986. Ooooh, wow, how exciting (Monty Python cheers are heard in the background). |
These are some pictures out of my window looking out onto the street. |
More of the same here, but now you get to see one of the many personal gardens that are strewn about Shiraoka. |
And here is the last pic to complete the 180 degree view from my window. |
I thought that I would start with some pictures of my kitchen, and yes that is my phone on the floor in case you are wondering. |
Continuing on, here is a shot of my "stove." Two burners and a tiny little grill a stove do not make. (Yes, the grammar is messed up on purpose) |
And here is a shot of my wonderful "washitsu" tatami room. Aaaah, tatami are sooooo comfortable. |
Here is a shot of my hallway, what little of it there is, but you can also see the shower room in the back. |
Lastly, here is a shot of my bedroom, and you can really only use it for going to sleep because it is so small, but I like it. |
![]() This is the Yakuba, it is technically where I work, even though I only go there once a week for about an hour. |
![]() I was riding to the BOE and I thought that this was a pretty cool picture. |
