| Every once in a while we put something in the newsletter about, example, our monthly club flyout, where we got together and stand and talk then later launch the balloons (this would be a good place to start and meet the balloonists). The newsletter may have said that it was on July, 4 but if we dicide to change the date or cancle, then we'd use email too tell everyone that we knew of that was coming. (that was a made up date) |
