| If you ever wondered what it means when people talk of the FOXTROT, why the FINNISH TANGO is a Finnish one, whether the WALTZ is danced a little differently here or not, and what on earth is the HUMPPA - then now is your chance to discover everything you need to know about Finnish social dancing! Global Village is proud to announce it's Introductory Course To Finnish Social Dancing (also known as "Lavatanssit"). The course is meant for beginners. If you have a dancing partner, bring him/her along. If you don't, no worries - as throughout the course you'll have a chance to dance with lots of different people, all the while improving your skills in this traditional Finnish past-time. The course will be taught in ENGLISH. and the price to join is 10 EUROS. Where? - Vuoltsu (Vuolteenkatu 13). Close to the central bus station (Linja Auto Asema). When? - 22.5, 30.5, 5.6, 12.6, and 19.6.
