Glenn's career began as a broadcaster back in 1984. He has a various experience including Mandarin Oriental, Grupo Sol Melia, Radisson, Shangri-La and Holiday Inn makes him really international oriented. His other activities includes being a Lecturer in Dr. Soetomo University in Surabaya for Sociology of Japan, several Interprator services such as 30th Commemoration of Asia Africa Conference in Bandung.
His extensive organization skill were contributed to Toastmaster Club in Surabaya as a founding father, also Hotel's Marketing Community both in Surabaya & Yogyakarta then also with Indonesian Congress & Convention Organization (INCCA) both in Bandung & Jakarta as Board of Directors.
