This dvd is a compilation of some of the best matches of legendary British wrestler, "Crybaby" Jimmy Breaks.
Breaks was a wiry and wily Yorkshireman who often finished opponents off with his feared and dreaded arm lift submission move. He usually wore his distinctive "bumblebee" trunks and had cauliflower ears from his many years in the ring wars. Of course, when things weren't going his way, he would throw a tantrum, hence his nickname.
He was one of the best entertainers in the ring, in terms of wrestling skill and crowd interraction. He would throw hilarious one-liners out to the crowd, who were always desperate to side with his opponent, whoever he would be!
The six matches on this dvd total about 2 hours in length and showcase one of the greatest lightweights from the halcyon days of British Wrestling.
Match 1) Breaks vs Jon Cortez - A classic match from a huge bill at a famous London arena.
Match 2) Breaks vs Grasshopper - A great contrast in styles between Breaks and the Judo skills of the shaven headed bare foot Grasshopper.
Match 3) Breaks vs Kung Fu - The Amazing Kung Fu was a very skillful and unorthodox opponent for Breaks and this match has action all the way.
Match 4) Breaks vs Young David - Young David was, of course, the young Davey Boy Smith, who went on to worldwide fame as the British Bulldog in the WWF. This match was a title match.
Match 5) Breaks vs Jackie Turpin - A number 1 contender match against the skillful Turpin.
Match 6) Breaks vs Alan Dennison - A title match with the "Strongman" Dennison as the champion at the start. Who would be the champion 40 minutes later?
