How the new friendly IRS works

First off, the old grumpy IRS had one form with two instructions:
1 - How much did you make? __________________
2 - Send it in.

The new super-friendly IRS has over 750 million forms, five of which are:

Form 1 - Transmittal for Form 5.
Form 2 - Instructions for Form 3.
Form 3 - Calculations for Form 4.
Form 4 - Addendum to Form 1.
Form 5 - Same as the old form (See previous paragraph).



IRS has forms for filing forms for filing more forms

Fer the few folks hoo are unlucky enuff to run a bidness and are unintelligible with the IRS (like my self), and if yew send out 1099's to contractors, ex cetra, yew mite reconnize this....
