2. I heard about the lineup changes you have been through How did that happen and why? How does the new line up work and could you tell us about it?
well oure mummy moved his dutch ass to switserland 2 years ago, wich made it very hard to rehearsel and come over to play gigs with us, its a 8 hour trip from bern to eindhoven so it became almost impossible to do for him, with time and money for gas and stuff like that, also he had to take care of some personal things and he just couldnt combine it all with rompeprop so he made the choice to stop and let us do oure thing, wich i still dont like but i totally understand him and agree.. its just that he is the bassplayer for rompeprop! at this moment robin "the boy wonder" is helping us out with the live situations.. so he is there only for the gigs, making new songs and stuff comes up to me and jores only now. so we practice with the 2 of us until we find some idiot stupid enough to join us and drink with us, sofar there is no person we have in mind or anything.. but we just go on with the 2 of us for the moment.
3. "Masters of Gore", split with Gut came out months ago and its the latest ejaculation from Rompeprop yet. What was "flikflakmnwokkeltokttralies" all about? ha,ha! Are you guys now in the process of mutilating new materials?
we have 6 / 7 new song ready to go. need a couple more and we will record a new full lenght some where next year, it will be out on bizarre leprous again, and that song is about... hahahaha i realy dont know!! it has a stupid story behind it thats not even funny, but it sounds cool hey!! makes me smile!
4. How would you cumpare "MENSTRUAL STOMPHULK" to "HELLCOCK'S PORNFLAKES" to "JUST A MATTER OF SPlATTER"? I noticed that the 2nd one cunt-ains more 'metal' orientated riffs and the song structures are more diverse. Are you happy with the way it turned out? If not, what would you liked to have done differently?
true.. i think the same, its nothing we realy planned to do. just happend, i think it was very hard to write songs again in the style of MS and not do the same.. on the other hand i think that if we added 4 more songs on MS they would sound the same as HP because there was a real short period between making those guitar parts for me.. so it was some kind of line we where sitting on i gues. and yeah im realy happy how it all came out! its rompeprop but its not all the same..
5. What Rompeprop's release/s do you consider as your personal favorite? "Just a Matter of Splatter" CD is still on my playlist for a year now. :)
thats hard to say.. ofcourse i like them all, if i have to make a choice it would be hellcocks. making , recording, playing that record was just the best time ever! with the 4 of us we where just like a machine..
6. Obviously CBT, GUT and Impetigo have been an inspiration, Even the band logo is nearly identical to Impetigo's. But what else do you listen to? What are some of the bands strongest musical and non-musical influences?
we listen all kind of musicks.. ofcourse for rompeprop the the biggest are CBT GUT IMPETIGO UTOPIE and on and on and on... but personal i like a lot of shit, from jimi hendrix to forbidden from obituary to henk williams 3th to hemdale to the accused!! i dont know to many to name them all...
7. How is Bizarre Leprous as a label? Has Roman done a good job promoting your album and your band? Do you plan on working with them again in the future?
BL has always been good for us.. they let us free with whatever we want, dont push us with making records or whatever, i think he can be realy pissed at us once in a while because we are realy lazy somethimes hahaha, ah well we are happy with him and i think he is with us... and yeah the new full lenght will be on roman's label again.
8. You've played with great acts on the Obscene Extreme 2007. What can you say about the bands that you've shared the stage with? Any funny moments you'd like to share with us?
9 out of the 10 times we are way to drunk to remeber that stuff! we had fun with a lot of bands!! we had a cool drinking smoking party with suffocation, lividity, waco jesus and gorerotted at fuck the commerce once wich was awesome! micheil sleeping at a basketball court in the projects in central brooklyn is something i will never forget haha.. almost every gig we do is so much fun.. thats why we do it, to meet cool people and drink with them!!
9. Are there any gigs cumming up for you guys? How do people normally react on your live ejaculations? And how does your family and girlfriend's reaction when you have your cock hang out while you're on stage? That's pretty fucked up shit bro! hahaha!
we got a cool gig cummong upin traun in a couple weeks with CBT and torsofuck!! and we are working on a mexico tour for early next year! so that gonne be insane! my family loves it haha they are proud that i can travel the world with my sickness!! and youve seen a gig from us, so you know how sick and freaky people can get when we play!! and for those that dont come and check it out!!
10. Rompeprop plays nothing less, nothing more than a vulgar display of perverse catchy goregrind. When did you first got into this kind of filthy musick? What's the first ever grind band you've ever heard?
steven smegma oure original vocalist got me into this shit! same as for oure drummer i think, not 100% sure of that. but he was taping 8tracks for me every month with the sickest shit on it! thats how i got to know most of the bands i still listen to these days.. first one is hard to say but i think that first tape had dead infection, sore throat , and regurgitate on it so i gues it was something like that..
11. Rompeprop's lyrics are all about gore, female mortification, outrageous sexism, everything deranged and twisted. And of course, injected with great sense of sick humor. Who writes the lyrics in the band? Any story behind the song?
almost all the lyrics where made by steven smegma. i remeber getting a text message on my phone once somewhere around 3.30 a.m.: dude i have the funniest liryc ever!! couldnt sleep so went dont i finished that song we recorded last saturday! thats when his mind was the sickest i gues haha.. i realy dont know how he comes up with it, it just happens to him, to bad most of you cant read the dutch songs because they are so good! its in dialect from eindhoven... even better then the english one's..
12. Do you have a great admiration to serial killers?
no not at all.. like the story's and stuff but im not into it..
13. Have you ever contemplated about how such serial killers feel about lyricist and gore enthusiast such as yourselves, using their twisted state of mind for lyrics and themes? Elaborate.
not at all.. we realy dont care about how people think about oure songs, as long as they understand that they dont have to take it to serious its all fine with me..
14. If you are to be a serial killer, who would you be and what sorts your will your victims be?

haha i dont.. but i think it will have to got something to do with alcohol.. or on stage.. at least let me have good time when its gonne happen haha!
16. How does the song writing process work for Rompeprop? What kind of gear do you use? And how much time do you spend to mutilate a song?
haha nice one.. 1 song takes us 3 months and a lot of beer.. me and jores write the musick.. tape it.. and most of the time we send it to steven so that he can write a lyric on it, after that we change some small things and its done.. we drink the rest of the beers, pass out.. when we wake up we find out that we forget to push the record button while we where taping the final set, so the song is gone, to much hangover to remember it and we can start all over again haha! thast how we do it!
17. What are you guys doing besides playing in the band?
well jores likes to: scratch his arms, smell at purple things, jell at old people, count to 6 and back, walk over the woenselse mert, listen to the village people, and look at cars from a bridge across the highway.. and im trying to figure out how that guy in the tour the france can play his car horn so fast!
18. Tell us about the scene in your area. Any new bands worth checking out? And what's your opinion about today's gore/grind scene? Where do you see it in the next few years?
thats always hard to say, i think grind will never die, but i do think it will change, bands come up from everywhere and even the more brutal death metal bands are called grind core these days, i listen more to the old stuff then the new i have to say, and i dont keep up with the new that much anymore than before, there are some bands i think will become realy big, like namek and jig-ai! i love those at this moment, here in holland we have some great grind/death bands! anal penetration, rectal smegma, skullhog, suppository is back, so over here its all fine we keep going!

20. If you have an authority to implement a new law in the Philippines, what are those? Legalize Marijuana? :)
R: hell yes to that you already answered one. also to take away the pork barrel every year and give it to education, arts and health. and focus local asshole cops to go after real criminals, murderers and terrorists. look at these scumbags: they harrass ordinary citizens for their power tripping and bribing schemes while bombings and killings are happening. no wonder they don't get any respect
A: There are laws in the Philippines?!
21. What can you say about the current situation of Philippine Death/gore/grind "scene"? Any bands you'd like to recummend?
R: there are tons of great bands right now in the local scene. the scene is sicker and getting recognized in asia and other countries and that's just awesome. DFTW (now with Sevared Recs.) Pus Vomit, Loss Of Control, Human Mastication, Phlegm Thrower there's even one called Malaria and tons more. there's tons of sick and well played shit everywhere from Cavite to Olongapo and QC. we're all for it, more power to the local metal scene!
A: It's definitely growing, getting sicker and more diverse by the minute. The members of FoodShelter&clothing have a new electro-grind abomination called Fuck the Fucking Fuckers which fucking rips through the speaker system. A: I've been tripping out a lot to the split of Irritate and Bizarre X, especially Biz X, those two guys are just plain whackos! Pack and Sol's split is also tearing up my discman, as well as the new Devourment. The mighty Carcass' Heartwork invades my senses every now and then along with Type O Negative's October Rust, perfect for the fall season. My eardrums are also being gutted by the goregrind weirdos Grandma.
23. What can we expect from the band in the near future?
R: the future of RxNX is still up in the air. there's only three of us and if one member leaves that's it. gil and i have plans to do a side project with a different guitarist but we'll see...
A: Who knows? The future is uncertain. We'll just see you in the junkyard...
