2. Ive read some infos in your page and there are some line-up changes in the band.. What are the reasons behind those changes?
yeah man.. our blast drummer and bass player are goind bussied by their jobs and they were live in far place from the studio.. it's so fucking diffucult to doing some tour or interlocal shows.. it suck man..
3. You are influenced by US death metal style I think mighty Suffocation is one of those! What are the other bands influences of Asphyxiate?
just like the other shit head.. we've got some difference fav bands.. but sometimes we playing some cover song such as Suffocation, Hate Eternal, Severe Torture, Deeds Of Flesh, so on.. absolutely we all are US Brutal Death Metal fans..
4. Process of Mutilation is originally released by Indonesian label Undying Music in tape format.. What happen to that label now? Are the tapes still available?
i don't know what the fuck has goin on with Undying Music.. the Tapes was sold old and we got the great respons in South East Asia.. good job for Undying Music anyway..
5. How Despise The Sun Records signed you guys for the re-release of Process of Mutilation in cd format? And what can you say about Despise The Sun Recs as your label?
Andrea (Despise The Sun Recs & Corpse fuckingArt) email me that his label interested to re-release The Process Of Mutilation album.. i don't understand from where he got this album, maybe Enrico of Hour Of Penance told him about us, 'cos i was know Enrico as my friend.. Despise The Sun Recs has doing it very well.. we're really satisfied, those album have the good respons from around the world and has been sold out..
6. Ive checked lately before the release of your Process of Mutilation, it said that it will be re-mixed and re-mastered with the new killer artwork courtesy of Chris Moyen. Are you satisfied with the results? Who is the responsible of that mixing and mastering process?
you got it right.. the sound was re-mastered and re-mixed at Cellar Studio (italy) and the killer artwork was painted by Chris Moyen.. damned we're fucking satisfied.. i thing andrea himself who's doing the re-mixing, re-mastering, and sountrack editing.. he's do the great job..
7. How was the feedback in Process of Mutilation under Despise The Sun Records?
this far we have all the great respons from all peoples who'd listened our sound.. and we've recieved alot of CDs from Despise The Sun recs.. and people have order the Cds through us..
8. You got some killer blastbeats on your album! The snare is fukking tight with crunchy razor sharp guitars!!! Can you tell us about the recording process of that album?
the recording was simple enough i thing.. it was about 1 month in 2 times recording.. i thing we've the fit conditions while doing the recording.. we practice and more practices before goin the the recording studio.. all of song was created about 2 years, because we like to joined some shows so we have no time to recording till the time we have much respects from some labels..
9. What are your lyrics all about? And who is the responsible in lyrics department?
all the lyrics was about true bleeding story.. it's all about Blood, Murder, Mistery, and Vengeance... Yoseph (guitarist) and Me who's write those lyrics..

11. You are 4 piece in a band... How was the new material of Asphyxiate? Are there big differences compare to the old materials with old line-up?
we have got 6 new songs right now, the sounds was differences the the old styles.. this is more complex and pure 100% Brutal Death Metal.. i hope hehehe.. we just need to write 2 more songs than we're ready to recording those shit.. we've signed with a local Death Metal labels for uor upcoming 2nd album.. prepare your ass for the new Asphyxiate.. Blasting, Grinding, Killing !!
12. Aside in a band, what are you guys doin? Any side projects?
me and our new drummer (atenx) is a student at difference university.. our guitar player (yospeh) and new bass player (Komeng) has working.. about the side project, atenx'd played at Panic Disorder and Digging Up, Komeng still exis at his old band that's Prosatanica.. me and yoseph rejecting for playing in a project bands
13. Im just curious, when you start listening and playing brutal music? And how does it feel bro? ehhehehee
iam not sure about this.. hmm.. it was started when i was 14 years olds.. and playing those musics when i was 17 years old.. Asphyxiate is my first band.. Death Metal is most the best genre ever..

*Corpse Carving : my friend from the same label (Despise The Sun Recs) their music are aweosme, they played such as Devourment styles... they're live in Australia.. nice guys..
*Bandung Death Fest 1 : the greatest local show i ever see.. all the mens inside the show get drunks hehaheheh.. included the bands and audiances..
*Jasad : most brutal band from Indonesia famous enough at foreign Death Metal scene.. but yesterday i watch Death Vomit in one stage with Jasad, now i recommended you guys to listen new Death Vomit album.. pretty Brutal death !! the best one from Indonesia..
*Black Metal : Black Metal almost died in Indonesia.. anyway, im listening some Black Metal bands too..
*NU Metal : pieces of SHit!!
15. How was the scene in Indonesia? Any new sick bands you recommend to us?
Death Vomit is the best one.. but you should listen Digging Up too.. Pure US Brutal Death Metal band from indonesia.. also i recommend Siksa Kubur, Disinfected, Panic Disorder, Prosatanica, Bloody Gore, Funeral Inception, Killharmonic, much more..
16. What are your views in Philippine brutal scene? Do you guys have any plan to hit Philippines sooner? Ehhehee..
yeah, we know your scene man.. i've some Death Metal heads out there, but seems alot of Gothic / Black Metal fans at there, right? last year Asphyxiate & Killharmonic got invited to doing a show in philipines but the organizer got no sponsores, so it was canceled.. so damned fucking sadly.. :( we're really wanna goin' there to butchering you guys.. ehehehehh
17. Is the 2nd album is in the works now? Or are there any upcoming releases from Asphyxiate? If yes, when we expect that?
we're not ready to recording for the second album yet.. we just doin more practices and need more inspirations.. also we have signed with Obliteration recs (japan) to make a split cd with Pukelization this year.. alot we have to do.. help us.... hehehehe..
