Every entry shall constitute an agreement that the exhibitors are participating voluntarily in the show fully aware that horse sports and show involve inherent dangerous risk of serious injury or death, and by participating they expressly assume any and all risks of injury or loss. They agree to indemnify and hold the show, the managers, the owners and their officials, directors, employees, volunteers and agents of the Gusty Wind Acres Riding School Inc., Gusty Wind Estates, and Glenn, Arlene, & Charlotte Schott as well as Michael and Suzanne Lemmon harmless from and against all claims including for any injury or loss suffered during or in connections with the show, whether or not such claim, injury, or loss resulted directly or indirectly from the negligent acts or omissions of said owners, officials, directors, employees and volunteers. �I further agree that if any damage shall be occasioned or loss occur, by fire or otherwise, to the horses, or to any vehicle or other article that I may send with such horses that I will make no claim or demand of whatsoever kind or nature, that may be occasioned by the horse or horses that are owned by me or are my responsibility, or the persons in charge of such horses. I agree to repay Gusty Wind Acres Riding School Inc, Gusty Wind Estates and Glenn, Arlene, & Charlotte Schott as well as Michael or Suzanne Lemmon, on demand all damages it or they may sustain by reason of any claim or demand as aforementioned.
