Blowing against the wind
A born-again atheist.
A house on the beach, a blonde wife and a MBA
Yes, I definitely hate burgeois life. But I keep getting flirts from girls that want a nice profitable husband and a normal life. I'M NOT NORMAL

I don't like footbal soccer - I like karate.
I don't want to play the guitar - I write.
I'm not an accountant - I'm an engineer.

It would be nice to write something like 'I hate blondes' but the truth is I'm fine with any girl with a body better than my refrigerator, has read at least one book in her life (that's not an easy one, believe me) and doesn't mistreat me.

Recently I had a fierce discussion with Julieta Prandi,  one of the most famous argentinian models. She dreams about the house, the babies and a BMW pickup (it doesn't exist but she wants it). I told her that was a stupid dream. A dream of life is about succeeding, overcoming your vulnerabilities, approaching the nirvana... perfecting.

I have to say I totally agree with your out look on a dream life. I am not worried about material possesions but the happiness and perfecting of my soul not what I am worth in the eyes of society, how big my bank account is or how popular I am.

I am glad to agree with you. Too many materialistic, vapid and otherwise, snotty women looking for men to provide them with ALL the pleasures of life. And granted, the career ones (women) are making their lives ok, but they say, " You aren't making enough money to get with me. I marry up, not down."

But there is more to life than money - unless you live in the good ole USA - then it's whether you prefer to have ALL OF IT, with mounds of DEBT, or live paycheck to paycheck watching the Government spend your taxes dollars wastefully. And complaining about little problems here (in the US) compared to HUGE world-wide problems ELSEWHERE.

But I digress. Good Blog. I don't speak Spanish, though I should attempt learn it, since I got interested in poems by Pablo Neruda and Octavio Paz. I don't know what you think of those two men, but it's AMAZING how little they are referenced in the USA colleges. Always Dickinson or Whitman or some other English/American writers. I had to discover them on my own, after college. Being a so-so Industrial Engineer, I REALLY had to unbury myself from all the mathematics, physics and managment theory of college to learn about other things.

Keep a postin'!!!
