It is pretty easy.
People hate what they don't understand, so you have to be like everybody else. Then, everybody feels lonely and needs attention. So you have to spend time with that person, as much as you can, and always be there to help and listen to his/her problems.
Eliminate everything that can be disturbing, like dirt, disorder, religion and politics. Just talk about music and careers. Don't try to be deep. Most people is stupid.
Don't analyze, don't try to solve things. Just be there, listen and wait.
Show your love, express your feelings. A flower, a poem, a bottle of beer, kinky underwear. If you know the person, it's easy to please him/her. That's waht listening is for. If you need to take notes, do it, secretly. Don't try to conquer, just share.
At the moment it might not give you any reward. The last advice: be patient. That person will soonly fall in love with you.
