Terri Cletro / Gururattan Kaur
At age 45, after a bout of personal challenges, Terri was diagnosed with a life threatening illness. She soon became so ill that her doctor told her that she only had six months to live. After heavy medication and treatment from doctors, she decided to take control of her own life. She changed her lifestyle with the tools of Kundalini Yoga and within weeks made marked physical improvement. Years later, after taking Golden Bridge's Teacher Training course, she is finally on the true path of living her higher destiny. Not only does she teach "Yoga For Healing" at Golden Bridge as well as Kundalini at True Yoga, she is also involved with the "Yoga for Youth" program that has her teaching Yoga to teenagers in detention centers. Her energy and zest for life is so contagious that it keeps you wanting more.
