Eyecatch: Ken
Farfarello inflicts pain on himself. Ken considers closing the shop for the day when a nun, Ruth, appears and asks for a large bouquet of flowers. She explains to Ken, that where she's from one can buy a huge bouquet of flowers for 1000 yen. Ken agrees to give her any bouquet for 1000 yen and she hugs him. Omi arrives, and Ken helps Ruth take her flowers to a church. She invites him to visit her and try her famous diet cake. Ruth hugs Ken again. Nagi tells Schulderich that Farfarello when to 'give God a hard time'. Crawford states that Farfarello's activities are connected to SS. Farfarello questions a priest about God and then pours acid on him. The newspaper reports a rash of crimes where clergy are targeted. Ken visits Ruth. Ruth mentions visiting Jei and Ken asks if it has anything to do with the recent crimes. He leaves. Weiss is given a mission to target Farfarello. They investigate churches. Omi finds a message from Ruth to Jei and they notice Farfarello in a picture with Ruth attached to the message. The message asks for Farfarello to meet Ruth. Omi sends Ken to find Ruth. Farfarello swings upside-down in his straight jacket and asks why God killed his family. Schulderich lets him out and Nagi shows him the message from Ruth. Ken asks Ruth why she's provoking the murderer. Omi arrives and stakes out the church with Ken. Ken tells Omi that Ruth reminds him of his mother. Farfarello comes to see Ruth on the day that his family was killed. Omi and Ken rush in and Farfarello knocks out Ruth. They fight. Farfarello leaves with Ruth and a tapestry. Farfarello believed that someone had killed his parents and sister while he was away. He throws the tapestry that Ruth had given his sister into a vat of acid. Ruth asks him to pray with her and he tries to kill her. Weiss arrives. Omi and Ken fight Farfarello while Aya and Yohji fight Crawford. Farfarello is winning when Ruth intervenes to save Ken. Ruth tells Farfarello that he killed his family because he had learned that Ruth was his real mother. Ruth shows him a scar on her right hand as proof. Weiss attacks Farfarello. Schulderich saves Farfarello and picks up Crawford. Ruth explains that Farfarello had thought the murderer was a burglar and dies.
