Two met sit in a saloon and discuss the destruction of Dankin Town by Vash the Stampede. Vash is described as a "Humanoid Typhoon" who easily kills women and children. The barkeeper pauses in the door and runs away. The two men ready their guns and wait watching the door. The bar is destroyed by rapid gunshots. All that's left is the seat where Vash was sitting. Vash raises his gun. Dankin town is shown and the sheriff tells bounty hunter Ruth Loose that no one was killed. He describes Vash as a short-legged, ear-ringed giant in red. At Felnarl Exit, two women (Meryl and Milly) enter a saloon. They order a banana sundae and a gateau mile feille with Ceylon tea and everyone in the bar facefaults. One of the men comments that the joke only works if they order milk. The taller girl, Milly Thompson, drops her gun when her sling breaks. They ask the barkeeper if he knows where Vash is. He tells them that Vash left at dawn heading east and describes Vash as 12 feet tall with a huge weapon and a Mohawk. He has a lot of henchmen and is the worst womanizer. At Felnarl town a group of men search for Vash. Vash pops out from underground and knocks out one of the henchmen. Vash remembers earlier at the saloon when he ran out of bullets and steals the henchman's bullets. He is found and runs. Vash throws his voice to get the henchman chasing him to turn around and presses his gun barrel against the man's head. Vash tries to talk the man into cooperating with him and a metal boomerang cuts the rock they were standing next to. The henchman holds Vash down and Vash is tied up. Meryl and Milly arrive and assume that the henchmen's boss, Descartes, is Vash. They present him with a package of doughnuts. Ruth Loose arrives and also thinks that Descartes is Vash. Milly and Meryl try to interrupt Descartes and Ruth, but are ignored. Each of them gives a different description of Vash. Descartes thinks that Ruth is the real Vash and the one he caught a fake. They fight and Meryl, Milly, and Vash escape. Vash steals and eats Meryl's doughnuts. Milly and Merly explain that they're from the Bernardelli Insurance Society. There have been over 300 Vash-related claims and they plan to put Vash under 24 hour surveillance whenever they find him to prevent further damage. Meryl offers him $$10 and the use of a thomas in exchange for him warning the town while they go back to find 'Vash'. Meryl and Milly are spotted by Descartes and the find out that Ruth is still alive. Descartes and Ruth have united to find the real Vash and split the bounty between them. They tie up Milly and Meryl. Descartes finds Meryl's gun and Vash arrives. Milly and Meryl escape. Vash is chased on to a cliff and cornered. Vash dodges the boomerang and injures Descartes. He tells Ruth to look out but is too late to stop him from being him by the boomerang. Ruth's bomb explodes and a landslide falls on Felnarl town. In Lewiston, 40 iles west from Fernarl, Meryl types her disaster report of the destruction of Felnarl. Rumor spread the Felnarl was destroyed by Vash, but no one died.
