Her Talisman is the Garnet Orb. She appears in Sailor Moon R. Her identity as Meioh Setsuna wasn't revealed until Sailor Moon S. She goes with Haruka and Michiru to raise baby Hotaru during the SuperS season, but returns at the beginning of the Stars Season. She is killed by Sailor Uranus and Neptune when they pretend to ally themselves with Galaxia in the Star Season.
Her normal attack is Dead Scream. She is forbidden to use the attack Dark Dome Close because it stops time. She transforms using the phrase "Pluto planet power, Make Up". In the manga she uses the attack Cronos Typhoon and transforms with "Pluto crystal power, make up".
