Seiyuu: Mitsuishi Kotono
Not much is known about Chibi Chibi at the beginning of the Stars season. She simply appears floating from the sky May Poppins-style. She doesn't say anything besides Chibi Chibi. She is assumed to be related to Usagi in some way, either Usagi's future child or Chibi Usa's future child. Chibi Chibi hypnotized Usagi's mother into thinking that Usagi and Chibi Chibi are sisters. She is also known as Sailor Chibi Chibi Moon and is responsible for Eternal Sailor Moon's power up. Chibi Chibi's true identity isn't revealed until the end of Sailor Moon.
