Dawn Raid

5:30 am CHOPPER and RAZER awoke and got their kit ready for a dawn raid. LEMING had asked them to get him up, but did not respond to their wake up calls. They set off together towards ALPHA's camp.

FACEMAN rolled over and found RAZER checking his equipment. "Now then." Looking around he saw the muzzle of CHOPPER's AK pointing at his sleeping bag. "Aaargh!" he raised his arms in the air. "Here's my Bergen Tag!" he offered.

Having got all the booty they had wanted, RAZER and CHOPPER backed off and patrolled back to BRAVO camp.

STINGER and LEMING had got up and set off as a second wave to raid the PLATEAU.

CHURCHILL, APOC and ANDROID also awoke and saddled up for a sortie to BRAVO's camp. They set off without waking anyone else. Wiping the sleep from their eyes.

Nearing the PLATEAU, CHOPPER and RAZER moved slowly, making no noise. Covering each other, they moved in and found the 4 SLEEPING TAGS outside the tent doors. Nothing stirred. Carefully picking them up, they backed off to the fenceline.

Moving cautiously, APOC went point, keeping his eyes peeled as he stalked across the valley. CHARLIE neared SNIPER POINT.

CHOPPER suggested raiding CHARLIE camp, so he and RAZER set off downhill along the fenceline. Nearing the ridge, they could see the BIVIES 15m away. RAZER covered, as CHOPPER sneaked into NAPOLEON's bivie and stole his SLEEPING TAG. Seeing NAPOLEON's Bergen Tag, CHOPPER used his knife to cut it free. They then stole CHURCHILL's Bergen Tag.

RAZER moved to FACEMAN's bivie. NAPOLEON rolled over and stopped snoring. Both RAZER and CHOPPER froze. After afew seconds, the snoring resumed.

FLETCH got up and got out of his tent, only to be picked off by STINGER.

RAZER set off again towards ALPHA�s camp. Stinger and Lemming returned. CHOPPER started writing his diary, while everyone else was eating/sentrying.
O.D. said 'No one's even attacked us yet' and 10 secs later ANDROID opened fire. BRAVO team grabbed their guns and dived on the floor.

BB�s whizzed through BRAVO�s camp, hitting their poncho�s and equipment, O.D. moved left while CHOPPER put down some suppression in return. ANDROID�s AUG was spewing out pellets. DODGER declared a �HIT!� (8:40) STRIKER saw a scope behind the tree he was sat behind and shot it, �HIT!� (8:40) declared ANDROID.

CHURCHILL opened fire, from his hidden position, tagging O.D. �HIT!� (8:41) only to receive accurate fire from STINGER, 20m away and shouted �HIT!� (8:40)

Razer arrived at the PLATEAU and managed to keep ALPHA occupied by forcing them in their tents eveytime he opened up. After 10 minutes, he withdrew and returned to BRAVO camp.

APOC had been listening from 40m below BRAVO�s camp and waited for his moment. DODGER and O.D. came into view and APOC opened fire from long range. Missing DODGER, BRAVO were alerted. Putting down some auto before withdrawing, O.D. was �HIT!� (8:57)

ALPHA got organised and secured the perimeter. Informed by the MARSHALS that their next TASK would be to HOLD the Yellow Box from imminent ATTACK by BRAVO and CHARLIE. To even the odds, 3 SNIPERS would join their team and KARL would also return to the game.

CHARLIE were informed that they could score 10 points if they captured the yellow box before 12:00. However they had listened in to ALPHA�s comm�s and knew the SNIPERS would be reinforcing them. Deciding to ignore the TASK and concentrate on BRAVO (who they deduced were winning) they set off towards BRAVO�s camp, in force.

Offered a TASK to retrieve the Yellow Box, BRAVO all left camp. Sections 1 and 2 were going to go to the plateau along the top fence line, while section 3 moved in across the middle path. They had no radios (all batteries were flat). Razer had devised that section 1 would go down the left side of the plateau, and 2 the right, while 3 gave support from side.
