Intelligence Report: Not much is known about her, other then what has been recorded by Hibiki Kanzaki who found her
aboard a Marduk battle curser, during the first battle with the Marduk. During this first U.N.Spacy found that it's
reliance of one type of fighter, and the Minmei defense system, that had worked for the last 67 years, were crushed under the Marduk, and their
Zentraedi followers, that were under the song of the Emulators. But during this battle Ishtar, had
stopped her singing to listen to the song that the Human, Meltrani, and Zentraedi
forces were meeting them with. Hibiki, took her from the ship, and down to earth with him, after his co-pilot was killed during the report, well on earth, she picked up on the music. However where ever the two of them went Lieutenant Silvia Gina would wind up in the same area, and have to come to their rescue. Ishtar's thoughts toward Silvia can be summed up in just a few words that she said as she and as the Marduk Battle Lord, known as Lord Feff left earth, "You were a good rival."
