Yu-Gi-Oh Card Database

An on-going list of individual cards, their rating based upon my view, and a picture of each

  1. (CED) Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of The End
    3000/2500
Text: Dragon/Effect This card can only be special summoned by removing 1 Light and 1 Dark monster from you graveyard from play. Pay 1000 of your Life Points to send all cards in both players' hands and on the feild to the graveyard. Inflict 300 points of damage to your opponent's Life Points for each card that is sent to the Graveyard by this effect.
    Rating: 9/10
This card is one of the most deadly monsters in the game to date. The ability to special summon this card by removing 1 dark and 1 light monster from the graveyard is incredibly easy with a painful choice or during mid-game when you will already have monsters in the graveyard. Its attack which is matched by Blue-Eyes White Dragon is probibly the strongest which you will ever see in real tournament play. If you do get this baby on the field, you will have an extreme powerhouse, and then if you are still not satisfied you can still normal summon a monster and do even more damage to the opponent. The other effect of CED is, in my opinon, one of the most game-breaking effects. Lets say that you have 5 cards total on your side of the field and in hand and your opponent has 5 cards total on his side of the field and in hand. Pay 1000 and BAM, 3000 direct damage to your opponent. Incredible! Now just topdeck your way to victory if you haven't already killed your opponent.
Bottom line, you get this card, you USE it!!!

  2. (BLS) Black Luster Soldier - Enovy of The Beginning
    3000/2500
Text: Warrior/Effect This card can only be special summoned by removing 1 Light and 1 dark monster in your graveyard from play. Once during each of your players turns, you can select and activate 1 of the following effects. Remove 1 monster on the field from play. If you activate this effect, this card cannot attack during this turn. If this card destroyed your opponent's monster as a result of battle, it can attack once again in a row.
    Rating: 9.5/10
(Sorry, but this review will be biased) This card is the epitome of "kick ass". It is easily special summoned with the right kind of deck built around it, and it even fits into beatdowns. It, like its brother CED, is amazingly strong, and what i like about is that it is a special summon, that means another monster can follow it for insane damage. Now its effect is, what i call, the most game-breaking effect in the game. It can remove 1 monster on the field from play, including itself, by sacraficing its right to attack. Say good bye to you opponents last line of defense, ie. Fiber Jar, Cyber Jar, etc. Its other effect to attack once and then attack once again in a row can whipe your opponents monsters out quickly. (Remember if he attacks once inorder to attack again you must do it right away. You cannot attack, attack with another monster and then attack with BLS again.) This monster is my favorite monster ever! If you haven't seen this card played before, you are missing out on the greatest power out today.

  3. Strike Ninja
    1700/1200
Warrior / Effect Monster You can remove this card from play until the End Phase of this turn by removing 2 DARK monsters in your Graveyard from play. You can use this effect during either player's turn. You can only use this effect once per turn.
    Rating:3.5
This card is okay at best. This card is two situational to be in a lot of decks like it should be. At 1700 a lot of monsters can destroy this monster hands down, kycoo, La Jinns, etc. Its ability will be hard to use, the most that you will ever get to or want to use this effect is two times. It wouldn't be two nice two remove all those monsters just to get fiber jared. Combos: Use Strike Ninjas effect to remove four monsters, then play the spell card Dimension Fusion to special summon the out of play monsters back to the field for one giant attack. Aslo, using his effect when you attack a fiber jar or cyber jar can allow you to save some life points or screw up your opponents plans.

  4. D. D. Warrior Lady
    1500/1600
    Warrior/Effect
Text: When this monster battles another monster, after damage calculation you can remove the opponent's monster and this card from play.
    Rating: 3.9/5
For a warrior with four stars it already comes into some combinations with other cards like Marauding Captain, Freed The Matchless General, etc. For a light monster, up to now it is the only real good monster that has a spot in a light base deck or a deck that needs a certain number of light monsters, like a Chaos Deck. Its position aside, lets get to the effect. The ability to clear the field can be crucial throughout the game. It is likely that your opponent will get a Vampire Lord or Jinzo to the field during a duel, so the ability to get rid of that monster that may be holding you down from the game can be gamebreaking. Unlike its brother Exiled Force, D.D. has a higher attack and defense and gets to remove monsters from the game. It is unlikely to see a tournament winning deck without this card because of the various deck thinning monsters, ie Pyramid Turtle, Shining Angel, Mystic Tomato, etc. Bottom Line: You get this card play it, i would even recommend 2 of them. However if you are still partial to exiled force, your going to need to decide what you want. Removal or permanent removal.
