1. Members have the right to be treated with dignity and respect.

2. Members have the right to voice grievances utilizing the proper guidelines as outlined in the command handbook, section 10-2.

3. Members have the right to bring charges against another member if said member is in violation of protocol procedures as set forth in the CFC. All accused are innocent until proven guilty by a trial by courts martial or non judicial punishment.

4. Members have the right to appeal courts martial convictions, but will be limited to 1 appeal.

5. Members have the right to appeal NJP convictions, but will be limited to 1 appeal.

6. Members have the right to use the chain of command to voice opinions, but final decisions on suggestions rest solely with the CO-CFC.

7. Members have the right to play their simulations in a clean environment. The use of foul language is prohibited in online engagements or official communication.

8. Members have the right to take extended leave in an emergency, providing the members command is informed.

9. Members have the right to express themselves openly as long as it does not violate military protocol.

10. Members have the right and duty to defend the CFC against all adversaries, whether in or out of an engagement.

11. Members have the right to defend themselves at proceedings against them. The judge advocate general will make final determinations and the orders will stand.

12. Members have the right to confidentiality in proceedings, all matters concerning punitive issues will be kept private and not mentioned in open forum. Members violating this section will be punished accordingly.
