CFC Promotion Policy

1. As the Commander of the Combined Forces Command I reserve the right to promote, assign, reassign are remove any pilot from any of the CFC rosters.

2. Since the Combined Forces Command is going back to a single flight simulator, using Falcon 4.0, then I see no reason why pilots should not be recognized for their individual achievements and promoted by their Falcon Logbooks. This is not always the best method for appointing pilots to leadership position and that is why I will control appointments to"key personnel" positions.

3. Squadron Commanders will also have the authority to appoint flight leaders as they deem necessary. If as an example, I as a colonel am assigned to a flight with a 2nd lieutenant in command, then I will be expected to follow the lieutenants orders.

4. You cannot be a good leader if you are not first a good follower first!
