September 8, 2000
First day of school at the new school called Beebe School. Everyone is excited because they have the privilege to go to a new school that just been built. The bells ring and everyone went in. Everyone was amazed at how they built the new Beebe. It was so beautiful. When everyone went in they were looking for their homeroom. Everyone got lost but finally everyone seems to find there homeroom. In homeroom I saw a lot of familiar faces. They were my classmate from Glenwood School. They were Erik Howard, Peter Eliopoulos (don�t know how to spell his last name), and some people I forgot there name.
When the late bell rang my two homeroom teacher came in and then being to called peoples name. During homeroom time which is like half of the school day for the first day of school I meet a girl name Gurpreet and then we start talking and we compare schedule and what did I notice we have all class together. I was so happy. Then after lunch I meet up with my friend Margaret and we ate lunch together. Then after lunch we go back to homeroom and we go to our class. Then Gurpreet and I went into math and we have to sit in a group of four. Then will me and my new friend Gurpreet a Chinese girl name Joanna ask me what do we have to do. I was like um��..you have to write your name on the card and your information. Then math class ended and we were off the last class of the day. Which is social studies. The teacher is boring and we have to do the same things for that class and then the bell rang and we are off the back to homeroom to check our agenda book. When I got home my friend Winnie give this girl name Patricia my home number and she called me up for homework and I was like who is this. Then she is I�m a girl from school. Winnie gives me your number. I was like ok and I explain to her how to do the homework.
Next day at school my new friend Gurpreet got a new schedule and she only has 2 classes with me. I was very disappointed. I only have reading and English with her. But it was better then nothing. Well I went off my first class of the day and in there my friends from Glenwood School were in there. They are Wan, Margaret, Peter, and Erik was in there. I was so happy to see them. After the first class I went off to my other class and every class has at least one friend in it so I was happy. After lunch we went off the exploratory while we have sewing. During that time I talk with Joanna and then I begin to like her as we keep talking and talking. Then while we are talking and sewing the fire alarm thing went on and we all have to rush outside. On the way back we meet one of her friend name Tammy. Then we talk and we have to go back into our classroom. Then the day ended and we are off back home.
The next day I finally notice that Joanna was in my homeroom. I was shock because I never knew. Then went the first three period ended we were off the gym. In gym class we have it with our own homeroom people. So we were all sitting there and then there was this guy name Thaun. He was so nice. He said something in Chinese and it sound like he was pregnant. So Joanna and I begin to say that he is pregnant and we all laugh and we had fun. Then in science class I meet this guy name Emanuel. He is a very funny guy. Then school has been fun to me from that day on and I think I�m going to have a happy school year.
From that day on I was not lonely in school anymore. I have made a lot of friend and I was happy. Everyone day Thaun ask me for my homework so he can copy it. And Joanna got her schedule change but we still have exploratory together. Margaret moved to Arizona at the end of December. It was a sad time but I got through it. At lunch everyday Tammy, Patricia, Joanna, and I sit together all the time. But soon June came and it was the last day of school. I really don�t want school to end because I have to wait until September in order to see them again. But the year ended and everyone was sad and happy. I was happy that I made a lot of new friend that year. That was the year I started to make friends and from that year on I make more and more new friends and I was happy for that. I�m very thankful that I have a lot of friends. They helped me a lot and they r always by my side no matter what. I love them a lot and this will be forever.
