| 1. No God-Moding!! - This is when you cheat by doing such thing as acting invincible, defeating a suit much stronger than your own easily, dodging every shot from a massive force and/or amount of guns, being able to use ZERO system perfectly the first time you use it in actual battle, ect. Don't cheat. Taking damage is part of the fun. You have to give a little and get a little. 2. No Meta-Gaming!! - This is when your character uses information not available to them. Just because it's on the board and you know it out of character doesn't mean your character knows it as well. Also included in this, do NOT lie to people out of character about something in character. I've seen people lie ooc twice to set up other players into situations then stab them in the back. Don't do this. This is cheating. In fact, if you are cauight OOC lying to set someone up you will be banned. 3. No relating to characters - This means all characters, not just GW. You cannot be Heero's grandson or Duo's brother or sister. Don't give yourself the name of some other hero (specifically mainstream names). Nothing like Squall Leonhart from FF8 or anything from Dragonball Z or similar shows. Make an original character. I don't want to hear you are Zech's 23rd cousin 4 times removed. You can take a character's picture and edit though, like changing the colors of eyes and hair and other things. 4. No time skipping - This is where you skip ahead of time instead of waiting to collect pay or finish research early. The only reason why you can say "an hour passes" or "a day passes" is for story purposes only. Time skipping does not allow you to collect or finish something such as reapairs, research, pay, or MS colletion. 5. Limit your cursing and no 'adult' scenes - Don't overuse swearing (ezboard censors it anyways). You don't have to be a saint but I won't stand for strong sexual or racist slurs. Also, no sex. I don't even want to hear you joke that you're going to do something with some npc you made up. Characters kissing and some touching (not in certain areas you perverts) is fine, just use good judgement. ??. This is a game, have fun with it! |
