To form a team you need :
A name
A Commander( this is the highest ranking officer of the team, if one other pilot becomes a higher rank, that pilot will be known as the Commander and until he is out ranked)
At least one other pilot( however if another team challenges you, the highest officer may pick the number of mobile suits and if you have a limited number of pilots(2 members in your team) your up a creek without a paddle)
