Ingredients:

2 cups - Koshihikari Rice(from Niigata ^_~) * makes 4 servings *
2 1/2 cups - water
Rice cooker or pan




Instructions:

Wash the rice in a bowl with water, repeat this until the water turns clear. Drain the rice with a colander, then put the rice in a rice cook or pan with 2 1/2 cups of water. Let the rice soak in the water for at around 30 mins. Then, If you use a rice cooker, just press the button. If you're using a pan, cover it with a lid and bring it to a boil with light heat. Cook for about 15-20 mins with the heat at its lowest until the water is almost gone. Then remove the pan from heat and let it steam with the lid on for 10-15 min.
