Ingredients:

1 cup Mochiko (glutinous rice flour)
1/3 to 1/2(about)  cup of warm water
(add the water slowly while mixing with the flour till you get a pizza dough type dough)
bamboo sticks

*the sauce*
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp potato starch(or corn starch)
1 1/2 tbsp water

Instructions:

1. mix the flour with the warm water
2. knead dough well and make into round balls (walnut sized??)
3. put them into a steamer and steam them on high heat  for about 10 min
4. let the balls cool, then skewer them with a bamboo stick (3 or 4 per stick depending on what you like)
5. mix 1 cup water, sugar and soysauce in a pan and put on medium heat
6. mix 1 1/2 tbsp water with potato starch/corn starch, then when the soysauce mixture boils add it in and mix quickly
7. grill the skewered balls slightly and brush the sauce over it

found this recipe somewhere again... ^__^0 so it doesnt belong to me...and a comment about the dango..o_O..its weird...tasting...well..isn't soysauce supposed to be salty??and its sweet here..........................
