Ingredients:

1 cup shiratama-ko
(rice flour, I'm pretty sure its the glutinous kind..O_o)

1 cup anko (red bean paste)
* you can make your own anko, or you can buy them in a can from the supermarket*

Anko Filling:

1 cup azuki beans (japanese red beans)
10 cups water
1/3 cup of sugar

1. put 4 cups of water in a pan and add the azuki beans, then bring it to a boil
2. stop the heat and drain the water
3. then put 6 cups of water in a pan, add the boiled azuki beans then put it on low heat and allow it to simmer for 1 hr until softened
4. drain the excess water, then add sugar and stir it on low heat for a few min until it sort of turns pastey stop heat and put filling into the dough

Instructions:

1. put water, flour and sugar in a pan
2. put pan on low heat and keep stirring till the dough thickens
(till it sorta changes color and goes a little transparent...sort of....)
3. flatten dough on a floured pan
(potato starch/ corn starch, its REALLY sticky.....you must use!! ^__^0)
4. divide dough into 12 pieces and make little balls
5. put anko on a piece of dough then wrap the anko by pulling the edges around it
