Char, the "Red Comet", is Zeon's most famous ace pilot. He earned this name by destroying five Federation battleships during the battle of Loum. He's constantly in pursuit of White Base, better known as "The Trojan Horse" to the Zeon, and fighting Amuro and the Gundam. Char is actually Sayla's brother and the son of Zeon Zum Deikun. He becomes a part of Zeon to get close to the Zabi family and get his revenge for the murder of his father. As the series progresses, Char's newtype abilites start to show up, which makes him even more deadlier.
