Setting
Chaos has griped the solar system after the armies of Earth, Mars and Jupiter fought for the last time. With nothing left the governments of these planets fade away into dust leaving the people without hope. Few pilots from the war stand up and hope to bring peace to the chaotic era or will they only lead it down a path even worse?


Updating & E-Mail

I will accept information at ALL times, without exception. If you need something, please do NOT hesitate to send me the information you need to address.

I don't care what the problem is but, I only want one e-mail from you a day. If you do send in more than once you will lose something, and if you keep doing it you will be banned from the RPG for not following the rules. The only way you can e-mail us more than once is that e-mail you back about it saying you can or not, you can tell by the way the e-mail is set up. Also I want ALL  e-mails to be sent to one address and that's

People who are wanting to join Gundam Hybrid have to e-mail me on the weekends, make sure you send them before 6:00pm just like if the RPG was open. This gives me time to add people so I don?t get e-mails at 11pm or something like that.

As of late many people leave out important information I need to update the RPG. Things like battling to buying, some information is often forgotten. Always remember to give me a proper Subject line, it is battling then put down "BATTLING" or something like reflecting what you want done. If you are buying and fighting then put down
"BUYING AND BATTLING", this lets me organize the e-mails so I can get them posted better. Thus these are the forms i should get when getting any of these actions.


Battling

1.) Who are you and what do you pilot.
2.) Whom are you attacking and what do they pilot.
3.) What's your current location as well as your target's location.
4.) What is your current status and what is the current status of your target.


Travel

1.) Who are you?
2.) Where are you going and where are you coming from.
3.) How many days will it get from point a (starting location) to point b (ending location)


Buying

1.) Who are you?
2.) What are you buying.
3.) How much money are you spending and how many ton's are with each item.
4.) Do final totals after buying and adding the new ton's


Actions

Actions are what you do during the week and in your one e-mail for the whole day. Actions include the following,
1.) Battling
2.) Traveling
3.) Buying
4.) Repairing
5.) Upgrading
6.) Death

These are all actions and some need or not need you to e-mail us about. Things like Battling to Buying is on your part while the rest are for me do. In your e-mail you can do more than 1 action but not all three. Battling takes up most of the action but traveling can be done or buying if you like but, not both. Also you can buy and travel but cannot battle in that action/e-mail.

If I get the wrong form on the wrong time of the week, that action will either  be DELETED or deferred to the NEXT WEEK.

Experience Points

Experience Points are what you gain or could lose in combat or other events named later on. Experience tells you how you rank to others and how well you fight over all, though there are other things that affect the outcome of a fight than just Exp. Exp also lets you upgrade into a better version of the mobile weapon you pick out, more information on this can be found on the joining page once you're ready.


Upgrading

Once you gain 100 EXP or any other even 100th, you gain the next mobile suit(s) in-line depending on how the suit gets it. Some need to be rebuilt to get the upgrade so those need 7 days to do that, however there are the kinds where there are other types of it. Like the F90 series, though a person would get them all some get the types, as an upgrade thus upgrading here is instant. Any other type of upgrading is instant.


Art of War

The Art of War is a old Chinese way of fighting that both teaches that fighting is both open and is a secret. Straight warfare is basically, you flying into a base or someone and fighting them, this can be seen by all. How ever the cloak and dagger warfare involves many things, like espionage and sabotage. Things that are done with out ones knowledge, this is the way of War. With the cloak and dagger part of war, much of this can be done by you and on the message board. Just run it by me first so I can make sure everything is in order and fair!

How ever with e-mailing us the action of battling a base or member there are guidelines to follow but, with the kinds of attacks and such can be unless so e-mail me and explain it to me if it isn't a common one.

1.) Same location: It's hard to fight a person when you're not even at the same location or even planet in that matter.
2.) Status: Make sure that you and your target(s) are at a OK status, if not then the battle cannot take place. The only way this can happen is if you're at a base without defenses and you are there by your self. This is forced fighting and you will be sure to lose, so make sure this doesn't happen. 
3.) If there are others in on this attack I need all their e-mails, saying they are fighting too.


Battle Location, Weather,  Unit Type

The location of the battle is very important to its direct outcome, fighting in a snow storm isn't going to improve your piloting. Thus the way the weather is on the battlefield is what it is outside the person's house that is writing the battle or event. Of course no one lives in the poles sometimes the weather will be made up to suit the battle writers mood. The unit type of your mobile weapon is very important on the outcome of the battle too, if it's a ground type ms and your in space, your going to suck there. So I hope you understand the points of realism.


Life, Death and, Rebirth

Its hard not to get damaged in combat, thus often after battle you must take out time to repair the damages to your mobile weapon. The max amount of days one can be repairing is 5.  Also in combat you may fall in combat, if this happens it takes 7 days to come back to life. You don't need to e-mail me anything new because in the future cloning is allowed.


Special Abilities

As humans went into space and began to live there generation after generation, humans began to change or evolve. Also seeing changes in human in only some humans, scientist also found ways to evolve humans with technology.


Newtypes
: The next in natural human evolution, these humans manifest enhanced reflexes and powers of Telepathy, Empathy and, Precognition. Also some newtypes can Influence people to their will. In addition to these powers, Newtypes can use their mind to "Brain Fry" their enemy. However, this achievement is very strenuous on the newtype him/herself, and using this skill may leave them weak for a week. It is recommended that this skill is used once per week if not less, using it more than once may and can result in a "feedback", where the newtype harnessed so much of raw energy that he basically fries his own brain and will be left in a infantile (as in unable to do anything, not even take care of themselves, all basic life skills such as speech and movement is terminated) state for an indefinite period. Their weapons and system's designed for Newtypes only, these weapons can only be used by them alone. If you pick a newtype suit and are not a Newtype then you will not be able to use its features, most notable the remote weapons.

Artificial Newtypes
: Scientist found a way to make normal people into Newtypes however their powers are shifted around. They lack the abilities of Telepathy and Empathy, however their Precognition is almost the same to a normal Newtype. Artificial Newtypes gain strength in the ability to Influence people to their will and can't "Brain Fry" their enemies, being that their power is no where near as developed as real newtypes. Artificial Newtypes also suffer from mental instability, they lose their memories in the process and their personalities are almost dark and evil.

Coordinator
: A evolution created by humans to evolve the rest of the Human race which wasn't gifted with the powers of a Newtype. Coordinators are enhanced both mentally and physically, in nearly every way. Their IQ is well in the areas in Genius status, this allows them have many different abilities. Also they are gifted with enhanced reflexes which rival even Newtypes in many ways. If you pick to become a Coordinator then picking one of the Specialties below will be "enhanced", Coordinator Engineers can shorten times to build things by one whole day, however this doesn't mean one day building will be for free. Final note, Coordinators cannot use newtype weapons such as bits and funnels but can use the quasi version of these weapons. 

Successor
: An accidental evolution of the human race, mostly on the planet Mars. These humans were changed when the colonist on Mars used nanomachines to make water and breathable atmosphere. On the right hand a metallic marking grew, these markings when placed on the control's of a machine found it easier to control them. Also they found that they could enhance the machine only when they piloted, some could even heal damage parts of machine. Successor's can take one full day off of repairs and one day of a upgrading.

Specialties

Specialties are jobs that your pilot carries out, each has some form of special rules to go along with them.


Super Soldier
: Super Soldiers are specially trained soldiers using many different ways of training them and the use of special drugs has produced the ultimate warrior. Super Soldiers are trained in all forms of combat thus they have the better chance of winning battles but will get less EXP from them than non-super soldiers. Super Soldiers can assassinate political leaders, its one of their special rules. Assassination happens when you as a Super Soldier picks out a person who is the leader of a faction. To do this you need to role-play it on the message board by the rules listed for them, this means you must give the target a chance to not be killed.

Engineer
: Engineers are skilled craftsmen and women who build things for whatever reason there might be, for it can be for money or just a Faction need. Engineers can basically build anything within the limits of the Gundam World, they also need plans for such things to build. To build something you need to make sure you got the plans, to have the plans all you need is what ever you are making or combining. So if your Gundam has these then you got the plans for it, if allies have the plans then you also got the plans. If you do not have friends or you don't have them then you must first take time out to research the parts you need, the time to research something varies depending on what it is. E-mail about the plan so I can work out times for you. After you got this done or have the plans you can start and build what ever it is, again depending on what you are building times of building will vary so e-mail me about that too! After you are done you alone have access to that new item and can share or sell it to who ever you want to.

Politics
: Politician are often found as the leaders of Factions, they can swing people to what they are speaking for. Thus Politicians has this special rule, given on how good the speech was a Politician can take over bases without a fight or what ever your target is. Just because you can do this doesn't mean that with your first speech will get you anything, people in this world are not that stupid, so do a few here and there, you may get some where. Remember that the ultimate judge of your speech will be me and a few people on the staff.

Tactics
: Tacticians are often found as generals of armies, for they are skilled in massive scale combat. They know all the tricks of the trade to be a good leader. In an war, the side with Tacticians will have a better chance of winning for they know what they are doing compared to others. This doesn't mean that they will win it but have a slightly better chance of it.

Bounty Hunter
: Bounty Hunters are lone guns or work with groups of other Bounty Hunters to get a bounty. A Bounty Hunter can see who has a price tag over his head on the message board.

Travel

In this RPG there are more places to go besides the Earth and in the Earth Sphere, so every location within the Earth Sphere is able to be traveled by mobile weapon and no need for ships other than to make travel times 1 day anywhere. However leaving the Earth Sphere and like going to Jupiter takes to long for a mobile weapon to do so ships are needed for this.

So I shouldn't get a e-mail saying you want to go to Jupiter or to the Earth Sphere and not list me a ship, if you do I will post the amount of days needed to get there and you will have to go through it until you say sorry.


Capturing

In the RPG you are able to take over Installations, these include bases, colonies, ships and, etc. When doing so this is just like batting normally, you e-mail me what you want to do, include a small plan and you might get what you are going after. Taking over all installations is easy, take out the defenses, ships can only be taken if they are in space dock.

Planets and Sides can be captured too; to do so make sure you own everything on that planet or side. A planet needs at lest 6 bases on it and a Side needs at lest 2 colonies on it to be declared yours. Though you may start gaining bases or even a side but the empire wont let it last to long so plan out what you are going to do when they attack you to win it back.

People can be captured too. To carry that out you must battle them and must state in the e-mail you wish to capture them, after that you can do what ever you want with them until you feel like getting rid of them or their friends come and save them. The part after the capturing is moved to the message board.


Factions

As being the second option besides joining the other already made factions or going solo. The way to make a Faction is quite simple.

1.) Have a Faction name ready, it can be anything you want but lets keep it real.
2.) Can have a image for your Faction as a banner and/or flag.
3:) MUST have 3 people total in faction. May exceed this number, but 3's the lowest.

Once you got that going, you will be given 400,000 to spend what ever you want to spend it on for the faction.
Wage will be given to each member of your faction, 20,000 a week, and 20,000 a week will be placed in your faction account

Non - Player - Characters

Or NPC's, there will be lots of these. From every base defense MS to a major NPC type character they will do what they want and of course to make the RPG much better.


Shop

This is where you buy your supplies and many items from,  if they don't have it no one will.


Free For Alls & Tournaments

These are the major EXP gainers; they will be posted on there respective pages. Both give out very good prizes for the winners and runner-ups. FFAs is a all the members fighting each other at once and tournaments are planed battles with set ups to see whom you fight next after winning a round.


Forces and Fleets

Forces and Fleets are what you buy in the store, groups of mobiles suits are Forces and groups of ships are Fleets. These can be set up as a defense for your bases or they can be set against something. Though they may win or lose you get no EXP for it or money. A force or a fleet may capture things for you to in the same way, as you had to do.


Mistakes and Other

If a mistake is made in your battle or on your stats, don't freak out. Trust me, there's no giant conspiracy directed towards only you, to screw you over as much as possible. All you have to do is email me, telling me about the mistake, and I'll get it fixed as soon as possible.

There are rules that don't appear on this page, such as those pertaining to capturing pilots or how to create or join a faction, that are best described on their own pages. It'll also help you get a bit more acquainted with the layout and workings of the RPG if you take a few minutes to read over a few battles, and check out the message boards.
