Yummy Gummy Recipes!

The Ultimate Chocolate Chip Cookie (about 4 dozen)

Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

MIX: 3/4 C granulated sugar + 3/4 C packed brown sugar + 1 C margarine/butter (softened) + 1 egg.

STIR IN: 2 1/4 C all purpose (or whole wheat) flour + 1 teaspoon baking soda + 1/2 teaspoon salt. Dough should be stiff.

ADD: 1 C coarsely chopped nuts + 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips.

Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet, and bake 8 - 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool and remove from cookie sheet. Eat. ^_^
