| Rating: 7.5 High Score (So Far): n/a Of all the games I owned when I was a kid, I only remember three: Haunted House, Video Pinball, and Combat. This was my favourite game. It was especailly good to play on the old black and white tv I put next to my bed so I could play while I was supposed to be sleeping. |

| One time as a kid I got really sick with the flu after sleeping over at my buddy Brian's house. All I remember doing for the next two weeks was playing Haunted House and drinking apple juice. Anyways, in this game you are a dude stuck in a haunted house. You can light as many matches as you want to see around you on the floor. |

| You have to pick up the three pieces of the busted trophy or chalice or whatever it is and get the hell out of there before getting zapped by the ghosts & spiders. It's pretty hilarious to see the dude get "scared" and see his eyes go spinning around as he craps his pants in fear. Also a sweet feature of this game is the sound effects. The lightning crashes are o.k. but I love the do-do-dooo when you go up a flight of strairs and the dooo-do-do when you come down. | |||||||||||||||||
| For some reason there's something about this game that gives it a charm. I hightly reccomend it for recovering from the flu... or even a bout of e-coli or mad cow disease. This game is definately one "must-have" for the Atari 2600, especailly if you are accident prone, a hypochondriac, or just plain sickly. |
