My fully restored International A 414 Tractor. These tractors were designed & built in the state of Victoria, Australia from mid 1963. My model is an early 1964 model. The A414 is similar to the British built B414 but has some minor differences & had the American style radiator grill whilst the British tractor had a completely different frontal appearance. The Tractor is powered by a 4 cylinder International diesel engine & has 4 forward gears & 1 reverse gear with a choice of high or low range. It is fitted with Internationals version of a 3 point hydraulic linkage & it has a single speed power take off & a diff lock. The engine like most Internationals is extremely smooth.
The tractor is registered as an Historic Tractor & is used in parades & tractor treks as well as all the normal jobs around my 31 acre farm at Moruya. |
