At the time of this update of the page (9/13/02), I am 17 years, 7 days of age. Being in Grade Twelve, I attend Fredericton High School.
While not at school, I tend towards two activities. Music practice (and lessons) on the piano, currently working towards Grade 8 RCM, and LOTS of time on the Internet. Most recently, I've begun to get into IRC (Internet Relay Chat; very neat system, if a bit old). For the record, I use a Macintosh, and have been using them for 14 years.
In addition to computer and piano, I do a fair bit of reading and video games. My favorite genre of book is Science Fiction; I'm a big fan of Larry Niven (author of the Ringworld series) and Spider Robinson (author of the Callahan's series). In video games, I mostly play RPGs. I've played some Final Fantasy games, but my preferred series is Namco's Tales series (Tales of Phantasia, Destiny, and Eternia, the last being dubbed to Tales of Destiny II.) Also, the Bungie games always have a place on my list.
I also spend time with non-electronic beings; I have two younger brothers, aged 11 and 14, and altogether, we have three pets. The youngest pet is Parker, a German Shepherd/Something crossbreed (current guess is coyote). He's quite active, and likes to steal shoes. Not eat shoes. Steal them so we can't leave him alone at home. The second pet is Tabitha, a cat. Like most cats, somewhat of a loner... Finally, there's my dog, Sandy, a Golden Retriever. Very friendly, though getting on in years (Aged 12 at the moment)...
