INFORMATION

Deposits - $300 one week or less, $500 month.  Refund less than 60 days before check-in is based on re-rental, and $50 office fee. No deposit refunds for February - April and Holiday week bookings.
Deposit returned after phone bill is received.  Allow 45 days.
Pets - Please leave pets at home.  A few rare exceptions require non-refundable deposit.
Utilities - Included in weekly rents and during winter season.
Tax - 6% state and 3% Local Option tax for 6 months or less.
Check-In:  3:00 pm
Check-Out:  10:00 am

Rates subject to change.
Unit changes may, but rarely, occur.
