2 cups Splenda 1 teaspoonful salt 1 teaspoon orange extract 1 cup light cream 5 eggs 2 cups wheat flour 2 cups almond flour 1 cup butter 4 teaspoons baking powder
Cream butter and Splenda together, add salt, eggs well beaten, orange extract, and flours and baking powder alternately with cream. Mix carefully and turn into a prepared cake 13x9� pan and bake in moderate oven about one hour at 350 degrees. Great with a scoop of low carb ice cream on top or a dollop of sugar free whipped cream.
