Tuesday
Well, this is my first entry. I hope you all enjoy this journal. It probably will not be extremely exciting with school scandals and such, but I'll try to keep it interesting, at least.
Happy Easter! I know it's late, but whatever. I have managed not to eat all of my candy, although my Starburst jellybeans (my favorite) had disappeared in twenty-four hours. I still have some M&Ms, though, and some other stuff.
I got to sing a solo at church for the Good Friday service last week. It was very scary, and I thought I just might die, but I didn't mess up at all, and everyone seemed to like it. I sang "Above All."
Yesterday, one of my friends came over for a movie day. She brought Pride and Prejudice for us to watch, but the set contained, like, six videos, and we only had three hours to watch something. We ended up watching Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood. It's an odd movie, but I really like it, and although it deals with some tough issues, it makes me laugh at some points (eg. "Oh, look, it's all of my best ex-friends, and the biological fruit of my womb...that rotted!") It's based on a book that I will have to read soon.
On a different note, camp is coming up. I can't believe it's almost summer. The facility this year looks awesome. I can't wait to go. Here is a website to check out for the camp if you're interested:
