Focus on recruiting and maintaing guild members.
As a Council Member you will be required to respond to guild members calls for help and clarify any issues they may have. Council members will also be active as a Recruitment Officer scanning the realm for Initiates. This is an applied position for those who wish to be "Part of a Guild" and not just "in one."
