Dependability, self starting and motivation are personal traits required to embrace the challenge of completion of projects within a specific time frame to satisfy the needs and wants of both the client and myself.

Creativity is an essential part of my experience as evidenced by the homes I have designed and built, plus the creativity employed in my dealing with clients and helping them visualize the finished product while maintaining a sense of sanity.

Creativity has also been an intregal part of my personal life.
