| Price: the prices quoted are in Euro and refer to one rental week. Payment: 30% of the total price upon booking with balance due at arrival. Upon the payment of the deposit, instructions will be given on how to reach the property. The booking will be cancel in the event that the above terms are not complied with. Standard Rental week: from Saturday afternoon to the following Saturday morning. Excluded from price: utilities (gas and electricity), firewood, bed linen and towels. All these extra charges are payable locally at the end of the rental. Arrival and departure: arrival at the property is between 4pm and 7pm. Departure by 8:30 am. Number of people in party: the total number of the party must not exceed the indicated number in the Booking Form, and should never exceed the declared capacity of the property. The owner or caretaker will order any extra person or persons to leave unless prior authorization has been given. Security deposit: the relevant amount is payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned at the end of the rental, after deducting the cost of repairing any damage to the property or its contents that might occur during the stay. Extra services (some of these services require full or partial payment upon making the booking. Some of these services may not be available at the time of your request): maid / cook / babysitter / airport collection / minibus with driver / scooter and mountain bike hire / in-house dinner parties / hotel, theatre & restaurant reservations / weddings, etc. Camping: camping in the grounds of the property is not permitted. Final cleaning: a 70 Euro fee will be charged for final cleaning. However, guests are expected to leave the property clean and tidy on departure. Insurance: the owner does not provide or promote travel insurance on behalf of its clients. Guests are advised to make the necessary arrangements with a reputable insurance company that covers all stages of the holiday. The owner cannot be held responsible for injury to persons, or loss, theft or damage to property during the period booked or at any other time. Cancellation by client: if the client cancels the booking more than 4 weeks before arrival at the property, the cancellation charge is 30% of the total price . For cancellations made later than 4 weeks, but earlier than 2 weeks before arrival the charge is 50% of the total rental price. For cancellations made later than 2 weeks before arrival the charge is 100% of the total price. Cancellation by the owner : if for reasons beyond our control, we are forced to cancel the booking, we shall undertake to find a suitable alternative or give the client a total refund of all monies paid to date. Complaints: all efforts are made by the owner to ensure that the property booked is in perfect condition and fully functional prior to the client's arrival. But should any of the domestic systems and appliances malfunction during the stay, repairs will be carried out as soon as possible. However, the owner cannot be held responsible for events beyond his control such as breakdowns, leaks, power cuts, water shortages, floods, storm damage or force majeur. Those booking conditions are accepted by the client and all members of the rental party upon payment of the rental deposit and thereafter. |
