INTRODUCTION
The 2007 version of the Guelph Jr. B Regals are looking to improve on a very successful 2006 season. They finished the season with twelve wins and eight losses, an improvement from the 2005 season. The Regals ended their season with a tough first round playoff loss in five games to the Spartan Warriors. The team hopes to improve on their 2006 record with the help of a strong core of returnees, as well as a new group of former midget players from Guelph, Kitchener-Waterloo, Cambridge and Fergus. With a strong management team and coaching staff the Regals are looking to contend for the Founders Cup, the Canadian Jr. B Championship.
The Regals play their regular season and playoff home games at Victoria Road Recreation Centre, from mid-April until July. This year the Guelph Regals are extremely excited to be hosting the Jr. B All-star game at the GSEC on June 16, 2007. Our attendance has increased over the past five years with the growing popularity of the sport. Lacrosse is the National Sport of Canada and is known for its hardhitting, fast-paced action, and is dubbed the �gfastest game on two feet�h.
