| Stiffness of muscles or joints. Dull pain in movement. |

| Stretch the muscle gently to make it more flexible.
Massage the muscle. Take hot showers to relax the muscle, never cold ones. Do not exercise every single day if you are unbearably sore. But keeping the muscle in motion with light exercise can help. |
