Right Shoulder
+ Flag pole should be straight up and down directly in front of the nose.
+ Right hand should be wrapped around the tab in a thumbs-up position.
+ Left hand should be wrapped around the bottom tip in a thumbs-up position with the pinky finger off the edge of the tip.
+ The left hand should hold the flag in front of the belly button with a fist width between the body and tip.
+ Both elbows should be boxed.
This can be switched to left shoulder by reversing the hand positions.
Right Flat
+ Can be achieved by starting in right shoulder position and lowering the flag so that the pole is parallel to the ground.
+ Silk should point to the right of body.
+ Bare pole should be centered at belly button across body.
+ Elbows should be boxed (NOT like in the diagram!)
This can be switched to left flat by pointing the silk to the left and reversing the hand positions.
