I've never "sailed the Amazon," nor seen the Coast of Malabar, but I have
been to the following places:
CANADA: Ontario (Aurora, Mississauga, Niagara Falls, North York, Ottawa, Scarborough, Toronto), Quebec (Montreal, Quebec), & British Columbia (Vancouver, Burnaby).
FRANCE: Chartres, Paris, and Versailles.
GERMANY: Cologne, Duesseldorf, Olpe, and Viersen (Willich).
HONG KONG: Wan Chai, Central, Kowloon, Lan Kwai Fong.
JAPAN: Fukuoka, Kofu, Tokyo and Yokosuka.
MICRONESIA: Guam and Saipan.
NETHERLANDS: Hague and Wassenaar.
SOUTH KOREA: Seoul, Inchon, Uijongbu, Suwon, Taejon, Taegu, Pusan, and
Guhjae island.
SPAIN: Ibiza (one of the Balearic Islands), Rota (by Sevilla), the
Mediterranean Sea, and the Strait of Gibraltar.
UNITED STATES: California (San Diego, Los Angeles,
Monterrey, Berkeley, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Sacramento, Fresno, Lemoore, Sequoia Nat'l Forest, Yosemite Nat'l Forest), Florida (Mayport, Jacksonville), Hawaii (Oahu), Illinois (Chicago), Massachusetts (Allston, Arlington, Boston, Lexington), Michigan (Detroit (Troy), Livonia), Nevada (Lake Tahoe), New Jersey (Atlantic City, Camden, Cherry Hill, Collingswood, Englewood, Haddonfield, Voorhees, Southampton), New York (New York, Niagara Falls), North Carolina (Durham, Greensboro), Pennsylvania (Philadelphia, Lancaster, Harrisburg, Gettysburg, Poconos), Rhode Island (Newport, Providence), Virginia (Arlington, Alexandria, Norfolk), and Washington, D.C.
Some of the places I've spent layovers include: Naples, Italy; Sigonella, Sicily; Japan (Osaka, Okinawa); Frankfurt, Germany; Newark, NJ;
Houston, TX; and a short distance off the coast of Tunisia, on the Mediterranean Sea.
My goal, as stated in Kipling's poem above, is to go to South America
someday before I'm old. I also want to travel to as many places as I
can, before my physical body becomes a hindrance to my wanderlust.
If my last name had been 'Jo,' I would have wanted to be named 'Indiana,'
so my name could sound like 'Indiana Jones.'
