Kyong Ran ("Karyn") and I first met each other on the third floor of UPenn's freshman dorm, Hill College House, in the fall of 1995. What started out as a friendship between suitemates quickly turned into a precious and lasting friendship. We roomed together during our last two years of undergrad, and triumphed over the trials and tribulations of rooming together, remaining the best of friends to this day. She and I endearingly called each other "my half," but unfortunately, she couldn't help herself from bringing a third party in. hehehe. Now I'm just her "third," but that's alright, because the third party is an awesome guy named Christopher Lee. The two of them finally came and visited me in Newport over Newport's St. Patrick's Day celebration, which strangely takes place a whole week before the actual St. Patrick's Day. Anyways, it was really nice to see them, and even nicer to see her so happy.

Ran, if you're reading this, I'm posting this up because you two lovebirds are already public knowledge, but if you want me to take this down, just let me know. =P I LOVE YOU!

Ran, Chris, and me at Aidan's, a VERY Irish restaurant/pub in Newport. Aidan's was going to charge us a cover charge of $10/person, until we explained that we were only there for some lunch. Sheesh. It was barely noon, but the place was packed with bodies drinking and celebrating St. Patrick's Day away. Did you notice that all three of us are wearing green? heh. =)

Chris and Ran. We'd pulled over to the side on Ocean Drive to take some pictures. We would have taken more pictures, but it was drizzling and freezing outside! We practically ran back to the car to get warmed up again.
