You need IffPencil2 and SimCategorizer, FarOut, Hot Date Ep
In This Example will work with DiningPodium.iff
With FarOut Extract it from ExpansionPack3.far to the expansionpack3 folder
Open it in IffPencil2.
On the resource (left) pane click on BHAV
On the contents (right) pane click on rutine #4096 named MAIN
On the instructions Pane (left) right click and choose rewrite
Look at Line 1 "Allow in Downtown Only" this is the line we want to skip
Click on line 0 then on the right on the data section
write 2 in the true line
We don`t need line 1 anymore just right click and choose delete
It should look like the next pic, press ok:
Save and exit
Open The File with SimCategorized
choose the room flags where you want the dinning podium to appear at home
you can also change the description
remember to save
we need to categorize the second podium the cheap one
for this we need iffpencil2 again.
Open the OBJD resource for 16807 "Podium - Dinning expensive"
Look for the room flags line and copy the binary number
Open the OBJD resource for 16808 "Podium - Dinning Cheap"
Look for the room flags line and paste the binary number
Save and exit
Finally: This object is not a clone it was extracted from ExpansionPack3
It must be placed in the ExpansionPack3 folder
This way the NPCs will find the correct GUID and will work at home.
