The Z is a legend. Like the Skyline, it started a way long time ago as the 240Z. At that time, the Z was a lot of bang for a little buck. They sold like hotcakes. Nissan,(Datsun at that time) then continued the Z with the 260Z, 280Z, 300Z, and 300ZX. (By this time, Nissan is Nissan, not Datsun.) The problem was that the prices for the 300z and ZX were way to pricey for their category, (Zs costed around $43k!!!), which caused Nissan to lose major dough, which caused them to discontuinue the Z. But very recently, (around 2002) the Z was born again as the car shown above- the 350Z. Its prices ar low(starting at 26k) and has a lot of bang. FOR BOTH THE Z AND THE G: The VQ can be modified with intake, headers, exhaust, ECU, and other bolt on mods. More importantly, forced induction kits are available. Stillen has several superchargers, Greddy has a twin turbo, and HKS has difffereng supercharger. Others may be available, but those listed are the well known ones.

The G35 is totaly different from the G20. They have nothing in common. The G35 Coupe is based on the Z, and the Sedan is the sedan version of the coupe. The G35s are really very disguised Skylines. Both the Coupe and the Sedan have won countless awards.
