My 60' were killin my times. If I could have lowered them to solid 2.0x's I would be in the 12.7's. I finally cut a good 60' but the weather was terrible. As you can see, my trap speed was down 1.5mph, but I still managed a low 12.8. If the weather was better, I would have seen a 12.6x with that 60'. Something is seriously up with my car. After asking around a little, I've decided that the ported and descreened stock MAF is making my car run too lean. The last 2 trips to the track I have lost 1.5-2mph and up to .2 seconds compared to my best runs. Im going to borrow someones stock MAF and see if I pick up any mph through the traps. Grrrr this is really pissing me off. All I want is a 12.5 or 12.6 and I'll be happy. Im going to be taking stuff off the car soon to lighten it up. Hopefully after I get the MAF situation figured out, and the weight taken out, I'll be able to squeak into the 12.5's Mods: Same as above...switched P&P MAF to a stock MAF Date: October 31st Place: Capitol Raceway 1. 2.102 [email protected] (WTF...now its down to 108?) 2. 2.080 [email protected] 3. 2.010 [email protected] Notes: the DA for the night never went into the negatives like the last time, so I cant really compare runs with the regular stock MAF. I did manage to run a better time in worse weather, so apparently it helped a little. I just want my 112mph trap speed back and I'll be happy. I'll be going down to MIR next time since Ive always seemed to run faster down there. |
