I find that these setting work well for any road courses, but not for any with
alot of banked turns, For courses like superspeedway, use these settings for
maximum traction and turning ability.

Shock Rebound/ all level 5

These settings are for maximum tire use,speed,handling,and acceleration. Maximum
tire use for less wear and for maximum traction that is. ASM is on only
for when your tires do wear completely out, you don't have that HARD of a time
getting it to the pit.
